Planning for Staff Training
LCS conducts annual survey of the training requirements of each employee and formulates annual training program in line with the company's development strategy. We provide management, expertise, language, self-development and other diverse programs in accordance with everyone's function and the development needs.

Training of new staff
LCS is committed to improving training of new employees. With SOP and various teaching materials, the new employees are able to understand the company's history, business philosophy, culture and products to increase organizational identity. In addition, the managers also provide counseling and assistance to let the newcomers quickly understand and blend in with the firm.

Professional skills and knowledge
Newcomers with specializations such as quality control or mold maintenance are guided by the company-assigned senior mentors who pass on their skills and experience. The company also provides both external and internal training courses to combine both theory and practice to enhance the professional knowledge.

We work with counseling agencies based on the demand and provide ISO 9001, IATF 16949, manager training and language improvement to increase both the depth and breadth of knowledge of our employees.
